New Client Requirements Client Consent Form: All new clients are required to fill out the client consent form when booking an appointment. This is essential to ensure a personalized and safe experience. Booking and Deposits Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your service. Transfer Policy: You may transfer your deposit one time for a future service if you cancel within the 48-hour cancellation window. If you cancel past this time, you forfeit your deposit, and it will not be transferred. Punctuality 15-Minute Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-call no-show, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit. No exceptions! Guest Policy Additional Guests: No additional guests are allowed unless they are also receiving a service. This ensures a calm and focused environment for everyone. Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel? Thats okay! things come up that prevent you from making it to your appointment all i ask is that you please cancel 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment ONE time within the 48 hr window. Please keep in mind, same day cancellations will result in you forfeiting your deposit and will NOT apply to the rescheduled appointment, meaning you will have to pay the deposit again.
